Health Effects of Smoking Cigarettes – Nicotine Control Awareness

I've recently (about a month) quit smoking, and my PA recommended I see a heart specialist because my numbers didn't look right, so I did, and he states she has to have got a bad reading, so do you think quitting smoking may have had an effect on the reading?
